This was a soft, quiet story without much action, drama, or tension. Two people meet, get to know each other, and fall in love. Sure, they have some backstories with some personal drama, but who gets to adulthood without any? I enjoyed it, it just wasn't quite what I was expecting with a title like "Witness" and a cop protagonist. But for someone in the mood for s a sweet, quiet story about two nice, ordinary guys who meet and fall in love, this is a great story.
