I thought the slow evolution for Damon to get used to Alex as a man, and to be ready for physical intimacy with him, was very well done. It seems like a delicate balance, between allowing enough time and angst without going overboard and having too much, but I think that balance was really achieved. I really enjoyed reading this story.
