2.5I think Kaje Harper may have ruined me for all other werewolf stories. That said, I think I'd have had trouble with the plot holes in this one anyway. Like why two large, adult werewolves, even in human form, were no match for two humans. Or how the human was able to punch through the door, let alone do so quickly. Or why the humans didn't kill them. Or how anyone could have believed a story that had such a severly injured (comatose!) Hayden behind the wheel. Or how a coroner's report wouldn't note that time of death of the victim preceded the "accident" by a fair bit, nor was cause of death being run over by a truck. I could go on, but it's getting too depressing.I really liked the other stories I read by this author, and I think this one had potential, it just needed a bit more work before publication. I'm actually curious to read the next story, presumably about Ben.
