I almost really liked it, but it felt more like a setup that never happened. What's with the missing keys and oddly intimate note on the table? Surely that was a setup for someone else to already be there, and there to be some sort of mix-up. But it never happened. Which would have been fine, except that I'd been set up to expect it.Aside from that, I liked the ease the guys had after so many years together. And the realistic way they'd lash out at first, then admit vulnerability and be sweet. I was disconcerted by the first sex scene with no lube or preparation, and all the more surprised when the second scene had both. It was sort of hinted at in the beginning, that Andrew liked/required prep he didn't give, but I guess it was insufficiently explained as I still winced and was pulled out of the story for a moment.
