Bad Attitude (Bad in Baltimore, #3)

Bad Attitude (Bad in Baltimore, #3) - K.A. Mitchell I was surprised by how much I loved this book, and in fact it may turn out to be one of my favorites of hers. I liked the other Baltimore books but found them utterly unmemorable. In fact, I remembered nothing about any of the characters, though their names were familiar. So it's definitely not necessary to read those to appreciate this.Jamie and Gavin were perfect foils for each other, both real, wonderfully flawed men with very different styles and issues who turned out to be amazingly complementary. I loved watching them fumble their way into a relationship and HFN. I'd been warned that the book ended abruptly, so I was prepared for it and was able to recognize the ending when I reached it. I agree that another chapter would have been nice, but perhaps because I was warned, I didn't think it necessary. I just loved these guys so much, I want to spend more time with them. I wasn't ready to say goodbye, and I'd LOVE to see them in a sequel. They definitely still have a lot to work through before getting to HEA, so this felt like Part One: Getting Together. A sequel could be Part Two: Making it Work.I loved this so much, it actually has me tempted for the first time ever to reread the first two books in the series. Maybe I'll like them more now. Even if I don't, I'm kind of curious to know more about Jamie's friends, though I'm still not sure how much I like any of them. I guess that's the big difference between this book and the others: for all their prickliness, I loved both Jamie and Gavin, individually and as a couple.
